We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date with a receipt or proof of purchase. After 14 days, all purchases are considered final sale and are no longer eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Because many of our pieces are limited releases and our collections rotate frequently, we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy.
Engraved Items
All engraved items are considered final sale.
Because these pieces are custom-made specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the engraving process has begun or the item has been completed.
Please review all engraving details carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to modify or accept returns on personalized pieces.
Sale Items & Promotional Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are considered final sale.
This includes items purchased during storewide sales, promotional events, or with discount codes or special offers. These purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
